Generous 2-foot overhangs extend shelter beyond the posts on all sides, keeping guests dry and shaded even during light rain or intense afternoon sun. The Fox can be built with a solid roof for full weather coverage, or left open as a pergola to allow filtered light and airflow while still defining the outdoor space below. Every frame is constructed using hand-cut joinery and finished with a high-quality custom colour stain coating, ensuring both structural integrity and lasting visual appeal. As with all MLT packages, The Fox ships as a post and beam frame, ready for your builder to assemble — with complete construction services also available separately through MLT.

What else do I need in place for you to install this on my property?
A foundation needs to be ready. One option for this is a concrete pad. Or you can install concrete piles, or screw piles to place the beams in. If you want us to install this then request a quote.
